Refund and Return Policy
For any domestic (U.S. only) orders, we have a 14-day return policy for any non-functioning devices, damaged, or defective devices-- which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for orders of larger than 10 units.
Per company policy, we also do not accept returns or give refunds (partial or in full) for any international orders. (So if you are placing an international order, be sure that you understand fully what you are buying and feel free to ask questions in our chat if you are unsure of anything before purchase, as there are no exceptions to this policy.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
